The MIM process allows us to produce tiny and complex parts, however the NdFeB magnets are produced more and more tiny with strong magnetic properety, so there are combination becoming perfect .
MIM parts have been used as shunts, shields, and other parts of the assembly to give a better magnetic circuit if the materials are chosen correctly.

Material

 fine sintered metal powder with plastic binder :            
 - Fe2Ni, Fe8Ni, 4605, 8640, stainless steel 316,
 - stainless steel 17-4, M2,
 - Tungsten carbide / WC and many other materials

Features :
 When part is too complex and small to be produced by conventional powder metallurgy process, then MIM is a good choice.

 Practically any desired metal, alloy, or mixture of metals can be produced in this way

Self-Lubrication
 This feature is unique to powder metallurgy parts. The controlled network of small pores in the parts can be filled with oil or other desirable lubricants selected for contact with any variety of wearing surfaces.
