BONDED NDFEB MAGNET

The bonded magnet is produced by molding compression of the compound alloy powder with epoxy resin. It also can be made by injection or extrusion from alloy powder mixing with plastic, this we call it injection NdFeB magnet. According to customer’s requirements, magnet can be combined with plastic or metal parts perfectly through injection one-step molding, various complex shapes and magnetizing methods are available , with high precision dimension and good consistency, the magnetic property is stable.

Recommandation

The Bonded NdFeB magnet is made by mixing binder and magnetic powder according to proportion, the production process is compression molding. The bonded NdFeB magnet by compression molding is mainly used of all kinds of small and micro-motors, such as spindle motor, stepping motor, synchronous motor, DC motor and brushless DC motor. It can also make motor assembling easier and more reliable, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. The Injection NdFeB magnet is a new compound material of NdFeB magnetic powder (nylon, PPS, etc.) high molecular material mixed by special process. The Injection NdFeB magnet is used in automobile engine oil filter, mainly used in automation equipment, sensors, permanent magnet DC motor, axial flow fan, HDD drive spindle motor, frequency conversion air conditioning.
