General information

Basically composed of aluminium, nickel, cobalt, titanium and copper, AlNiCo magnets are appreciated for their reliable magnetic resistance up to a temperature of 450 degrees Celsius, and for their extremely low reversible temperature coefficient magn

They can be used in numerous applications such as measuring devices, medical instruments and microwave tubes.

However, AlNiCo magnets are easily affected by exposure to the repulsive forces, and are easily demagnetized due to their lower coercitive field intensity.

For optimal performance of AlNiCo magnets, we recommend to use long bars or to magnetize them on the spot together with the whole component.

In summary, under normal conditions of use, AlNiCo is very stable and exhibits good corrosion resistance.
